Job requirements
1. College degree or above, more than 5 years of work experience, and more than 2 years of quality supervisor experience;
2. Major in water treatment, polymer materials, applied chemistry, environmental engineering, etc;
3. With more than 3 years of experience in film industry quality manager or R&D manager (director), or more than 5 years of experience in chemical industry quality manager is preferred, familiar with various quality management methods and application environment.
Job requirements
1. Supervise and urge the inspectors (including inspectors) within the scope of supervision to carry out the inspection according to the inspection procedures and process requirements, coordinate the inspection work of all inspectors/inspectors, and ensure the normal progress of the inspection work;
2. Be responsible for the quality of raw materials, parts, semi-finished products and finished products within the scope of supervision, urge all inspectors to reduce inspection errors, and ensure that unqualified products do not flow into the next process. Handle quality accidents and nonconforming products, and feed back the results to the quality manager and relevant personnel when necessary;
3. Be responsible for the performance assessment and training of inspectors;
4. Be responsible for the summary and analysis of quality data, and take corresponding corrective and preventive measures for abnormal conditions in time to prevent repeated mistakes of the same kind;
5. Be responsible for handling customer complaints (including internal customers), assisting relevant departments in cause analysis, taking corrective and preventive measures, and tracking and evaluating the effect of the measures taken.
